About the Role
A regional medical center is adding experienced ICU nurses to its critical care team. You'll work in a well-staffed 24-bed unit with modern equipment and strong physician support, caring for high-acuity patients.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care in a 24-bed adult ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status across 12-hour shifts
- Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapy, and case management
- Precept new team members as the unit grows
What You'll Bring
- Active TN or compact-state RN license
- 2+ years of ICU or critical care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (CCRN a plus)
- Comfortable with ventilators, drips, and CRRT
