A growing employer in Blount County is hiring an HR coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS record keeping for a 300-person workforce.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new-hire paperwork
- Administer benefits enrollment and answer employee questions
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS
- Support recruiting logistics and compliance reporting
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in an HR support role
- Working knowledge of benefits administration and I-9 compliance
- Strong attention to detail and discretion
- HRIS experience (ADP or Paylocity preferred)
