About the Role
A multi-entity company in West Knoxville is hiring an AP specialist to own the full payables cycle: three-way matching, vendor management, and month-end close support.
What You'll Do
- Process 400+ invoices monthly with three-way matching
- Manage vendor setup, W-9s, and payment inquiries
- Prepare weekly check runs and ACH batches
- Reconcile AP aging and support month-end close
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- ERP experience (NetSuite or Sage preferred)
- Associate degree in accounting a plus
